Terms and Conditions
1. Product Information and Quality
Natural Variation: Since almonds are an agricultural product, customers acknowledge that there may be slight variations in size, color, and flavor between batches.
Usage: Our products are sold for human consumption. Any use of the product beyond its intended purpose is at the buyer's risk.
2. Orders and Pricing
Acceptance: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable due to harvest fluctuations.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice based on market commodity rates. However, once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Perishable Nature: While almonds are shelf-stable, they are sensitive to extreme heat. We are not responsible for damage caused by packages left outdoors in high temperatures after delivery.
Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Redelivery fees for incorrect addresses will be charged to the buyer.
4. Returns and Refunds
Food Safety Protocol: Due to food safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food items.
Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged or the vacuum seal is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" once the product has been shipped.
5. Storage and Liability
Storage Requirements: To maintain freshness, almonds should be stored in a cool, dry place (ideally under 15°C) and kept in an airtight container.
Liability: our company is not liable for the degradation of product quality due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., exposure to moisture, heat, or pests).
6. Allergy Warning
Allergen Notice: Our products contain tree nuts (almonds). Our facility may not process other allergens such as peanuts, soy, or dairy. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
